Milena’s Top 5 Favourite Websites of the Month!

Hi everyone! Today’s blog will be about my Top 5 Favourite and mainly used websites of the month! I would love to share them with you and give you a little description of them. I hope you will like them as much as I do.

Pinterest is a social media site, that allows you to organise and share your favourite things or hobbies separated on boards. It is very easy to use and navigate through. Pinterest is not as interactive as Facebook but it gets to the point straight through images, either if you would like to know some DIY tricks, new fashion trends, travel destinations, recipes, art, inspirational quotes and many more. You could find and follow different people from all around the world, who share the same interests as you.

If you thought that Pinterest is the only place where you could find matching interests, then you haven’t tried Stumbleupon. This website helps you to ‘stumble upon’ various articles, posts and photographs depending on your interests and you have the ability to rate them. It’s highly addictive and great for finding new websites you wouldn’t otherwise find.

The name of the site basically explains it all – it has cool gadgets, places to travel, mind-blowing pictures , food, art and many more. It is a fun site, which inspires, and leaves you to search and discover all the cool things the world could offer you. It’s the ‘coolest’ website to browse on your coffee break or whenever you wonder what to do.

Goodreads is the largest website for book lovers to review books, share recommendations, track reading history and targets. You could see what are your friend’s favourite books are, or join discussion groups. Goodreads is great especially if you want to read a review of a certain book before purchasing,or if you want to find out more information about a book or author, and connect with people who have similar book interest.

Last but not least is the website that does the most ‘damage’. If you are wondering where all my money go – well, I blame it on that particular website. It has cool ideas for birthday presents, Halloween, decorating your home and garden, and of course I could say many more necessary and unnecessary reasons only so I could buy any of those items. All you need to know is it’s very addictive and as an expert I will give you a little tip: Don’t look at that website right after you get your pay check… Unless you are a “Survivor” fan.

Happy browsing!!!
